Hi, I'm Yinghao!
I am leading a research group in the RobbyAnt, and a staff research scientist at Ant Research. I am also an incomming assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the HKUST.Previously, I was a ostdoctoral researcher at Stanford University working with Prof. Gordon Wetzstein. My current research focuses on 3D computer vision, generative AI and embodied AI. I am particularly interested in developing powerful generative models to perceive and generate compact representations of environments and leverage them to understand, interact with, and reason about the physical world.
I'm looking for full-time research scientists/engineers and research interns at RobbyAnt to work on world models and embodied AI.
I'm also looking for research assistants at HKUST starting summer 2026, who are interested in 3DV/Gen AI/Embodied AI. Please feel free to drop me an email with your CV.
